Boston Oversight Inc. is an environmentally conscious construction management & consulting firm led by Roger Martin a building professional with over 20 yrs of construction & development experience.  As a licensed general contractor in both Massachusetts and Florida, Mr. Martin's projects  range in size from a few thousand dollars to over $10 million, in renovations or new construction of residential and light commerical.

Mr. Martin graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, additional studies in both Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.

During his professional career, Mr. Martin held various positions in the high tech hardware and software industries.  However coming from a long line of Construction Managers, General Contractors and Developers,  Mr. Martin realized his true passion in life lie in the building industry.  As a hands-ons, results-driven construction manager with a in-depth  knowledge of  local and state building codes and extensive experience in both luxury residential to light commercial construction, Mr. Martin has redirected his efforts into another passion “the environment”.
